| | Dancenter Faculty Susan Woods - Owner/Director, Ms. Woods has owned and operated the Dancenter since 1984. She has trained thousands of recreational dancers as well as many who have gone on to have careers as professional dancers, teachers, choreographers, and studio owners. Susan is versatile in teaching many disciplines of dance to children and adults. Having graduated from the Dance Teacher's Club of Boston training course in 1981, she subsequently began her career at the E. Virginia Williams School of the Boston Ballet where she had been a former student and performed annually in their Nutcracker Suite. Ms. Woods' volunteer work in the field of dance includes events for the Stoneham, Reading , and North Reading public school systems, The Perkins School for the Blind, Bishop Fenwick High School, the Town of Stoneham, the Girl Scouts, and many others. Susan has recently returned from sabbatical in St. Maarten where she taught for the non-profit foundation Motiance Dance School, and also worked teaching students at the Sister Regina Primary School. Susan delights in the smiles on the faces of her students of all ages as they experience each new level of achievement in their dancing.

Lindsay Fresco - Assistant Artistic Director, Competition Team coordinator, and long time favorite amongst Dancenter students. Lindsay began her training at the age of four and subsequently followed her love of dance to become a teacher at age 18. She soon began to receive many awards for her teaching skills including Young Choreographers Award, Special Award For Male Choreography, and many top scoring solo and group pieces in the competition circuit. As a teenager, she was the recipient of the 1993 Most Versatile Dancer Award from the Dancenter; today, many of her own student have won that award. Her contagious laughter and upbeat personality continue to endear her to her students of all ages. Kelly Seibold - As a daughter of Susan Woods, Kelly grew up in the dance studio. She has had the occasion to study with master teachers including Rhee and Rennie Gold, Kathy Kozul, Nailah Bellinger, Larry Sousa, Marcus Aguirre, and Michael McCray. She performed in the music video "Subtitles" by Eric Hutchinson. Kelly is a highly accomplished competition dancer/performer in a multitude of disciplines of dance, having received high scoring awards for her own dancing as well as her choreography. She is a past recipient of the "Most Versatile Dancer" Award from the Dancenter. Ms. Seibold has taught/choreographed for Susan Woods' Dancenters, the Mary Flynn Murphy Dance Studio in Somerville, and her choreography was commissioned for concert work by the Motiance Dance Studio Foundation funded by the Dutch Government in Sint Maarten, Netherlands Antilles. She currently remains on staff at Susan Woods' Dancenter of Stoneham as instructor and assistant manager of the boutique, and at East Coast Dance Center in North Reading. Her kindness and encouraging ways are an inspiration to her students. Outside of the dance classroom, Kelly's other greatest passion in life is the Boston Red Sox.
